Are Just What Your Cocktails Hour Needs?


Let’s go for sugar-free cocktails and weigh down inspiration for your valentine’s day! I’m 100 percent against sugary juices and sodas. So toady I am rounding up for someone who want to enjoy the unique cocktail, keep reading and enjoy the Bourbon Sour and“Wardley’s Equality Recipes below!

1.Bourbon Sour 



  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 3 large sprigs of rosemary (plus, 1 small sprig for garnish)
  • 2 1/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • Ice


Step 1- Take a small pot and Mix sugar and water over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves.

Step 2- When sugar is dissolved, remove it from heat then add the rosemary sprigs and let steep with rosemary around 5-10 minutes. Transfer mixture to a sealable jar and store in the fridge.

Step 3- Crush the large size twig of rosemary in your hand and then add to a cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice, bourbon, simple syrup, and ice to above the level of it and shake forcefully for 15 seconds.

Step 4- Place the ready mixture into rocks glasses holding large cubes of ice and garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs.

2.“Wardley’s Equality


  • Juice of half a lime
  • Juice of half a grapefruit
  • 20ml of Rice Malt Syrup Mix
  • 45ml gin
  • lantana flowers, to garnish (noncompulsory)


Step 1- Take a cocktail shaker and place all ingredients in it and then shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 2- After place it into a glass you can garnish it with lantana flowers, they are edible and a pest invader so forage for them with lust.

For the making Rice Malt Syrup Mix: Mix two parts rice malt syrup with one part hot water.
