Red and Rosemary;
- 25 oz. Nolet’s Silver dry gin
- 3/4 oz. Meyer lemon syrup
- 1 oz. Meyer lemon juice
- Garnish with raspberries and rosemary
Step 1- Shake all ingredients with ice and then strain into a coupe glass.
Step 2- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and fresh raspberries.
- 1 oz. Gin
- 3/4 oz. St. Germain
- 1/4 oz. Aperol
- 1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- Top with Martini sparkling rosé
- Garnish with orange twist
Step1- Firstly shakes first four ingredients with ice and then strain into a coupe glass. Top with Martini sparkling rosé.
Step2 – garnish with an orange twist.
Pear and Rosemary Champagne Cocktail;
- One pear per person
- Onli sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Festive glasses
Step 1-Slice the pear from top to bottom on each side. This will allow the pear to sit well on the glass.
Step 2- Place a slice of pear and a few ice cubes in each glass
Step 3-And then fill 2/3 with champagne
Step 4-Top off with Onli sparkling water (On your choice Apple & Pear)
Step 5- Serve it, sip, and enjoy!
