Polynesian Pearl Diver;
- 1 pineapple ring
- Dash cinnamon
- 1 White Chocolate LINDOR Chocolate bar
- 1 ounce lychee water
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce rum
- 1/4 of a lime
Step 1-Firstly cut the pineapple ring in half, use can use the other half for another drink. Melt the chocolate, and sprinkle the pineapple with cinnamon. Shower with the melted chocolate, and place it in the freezer to set the chocolate.
Step 2-In this step add the lychee water, vodka, and rum, and then squeeze the lime in a shaker filled with ice. Shake it and then strain over a tumbler glass filled with ice.
Step 3- At the last point garnishes it with the pineapple and serve.
- 1 oz. Bas-Armagnac Chateau du Tariquet VS
- 1 oz. Orange liqueur
- Brut Champagne
- 2 Maraschino cherries
Step 1- Firstly Pour the Armagnac into a champagne glass.
Step 2- And add the orange liqueur, then fill with Brut Champagne and mix gently with a bar spoon.
Step 3- At the last point Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
